❧ Price includes the use of all facilities including the Pole Barn, the Prairie House, the Bridal Suite, the Tank House, and the Corn Crib. 

❧ Five acres of stunning vineyards, established oak trees, a family orchard, and a picturesque grove are available for photography and recreation. 

 

Furniture 

❧ Reception Chairs: 200 wooden farmhouse cross back chairs in blackened walnut 

❧ Round Wooden Farmhouse Tables: 25 tables in blackened walnut. Each table comfortably seats 8 people. 

❧ Rectangular Wooden Farmhouse Tables: 25 rectangular tables in blackened walnut. Each table comfortably seats 8 people. 

❧ Choose to use all round tables, all rectangular tables, or a combination of the two for any seating arrangement that is preferred. 

❧ Ceremony Chairs: 200 wooden teak folding chairs 

❧ Vintage Sweetheart Table

Venue access

❧ Complimentary early access to the Prairie House and Tank House for getting ready, to be determined by availability.

Optional Overnight Stay

❧ Up to six guests are permitted to stay in the Prairie House the night of the event for an additional charge of $1,000 + tax. 

❧ Up to six guests are permitted to stay in the Tank House on the night of the event for an additional charge of $1,000 + tax. 

❧ Check-out is 8 a.m. 

 

Catering and Drinks 

Catering and drinks are not included in the above rates. Grangeville Oaks does not provide catering or drink services. Please see our vendor list for catering options. If there is a vendor you would like to work with who is not on our vendor list, please contact us.
